Unlike most other consulting firms, we don’t charge for services rendered. We review project requirements and scope of work and then design a workflow (in phases) that is best suited to achieve the desired objectives. We calculate the required time to complete each phase of the project, and invoice on a very competitive day-rate basis. Each phase of the project is designed in collaboration with the client, and can tackle each challenge with as deep or shallow an approach as suits the client’s budget and timeline constraints.
